Licensed Professional Counselor Location: Texas Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: This remote LPC position is centered on delivering accessible mental health care through scheduled virtual sessions. You’ll help clients address common concerns such as stress, anxiety, and life transitions by applying structured therapeutic approaches and tracking progress over time. Responsibilities: - Conduct secure, video-based counseling sessions - Assess client needs and establish treatment goals - Document sessions clearly and accurately - Track outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly - Provide guidance and support aligned with best practices - Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
Job Requirements
- Active LPC license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience providing individual therapy (telehealth experience preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
