The Senior Solution Consultant is a consulting role responsible for working closely with the Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and other members of the Sales and Client Experience teams to position and demonstrate Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions to strategic prospects and customers. Additionally, this role is expected to collaborate within the Solution Consulting team and with other areas of the business. What you will do - Working alongside Account Executives and other members of the Sales team to understand and identify a prospect’s pain points, challenges, and business objectives. - Working alongside Customer Success Managers and other members of the Client Experience team to understand and identify a customer’s pain points, challenges, and business objectives. - Technical analysis of prospect/customer’s needs, alignment to best practices and determination of best fit product offering to meet the prospect/customer needs. - Clearly articulate the value of Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions and effectively position Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions. - Demonstrating Nuvolo's Connected Workplace solutions to prospects/customers in a way that is specific to their needs and business objectives. - Configuration of the application to better suit a prospect/customer’s needs and business goals. - Become an expert in Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions and the ServiceNow platform to ensure prospects/customers understand the full capabilities of our product solution. - Assist Account Executives and other members of the Sales team deliver quotes and scope of work documents. - Staying current on most recent/upcoming product enhancements and how they apply to industry challenges. - Sharing product and industry insight with peers, colleagues and partners. - Supporting technical and functional responses to Request for Information/Qualification/Proposal when needed. - Supporting Proof of Concept/Proof of Value as needed; and · Support Marketing and thought leadership initiatives such as representing Nuvolo at tradeshows, webinars, conferences, executive briefings and industry events. - Support Marketing, Product and Innovation by providing product expertise and materials to our customers and prospects, as well as providing insights from the field. What you will bring - 2+ years of ServiceNow experience. - 2+ years of experience in facilities management, asset management, IWMS, EAM, CAFM, or CMMS software, or 2+ years of experience in presales and multiple years of experience in an industry of focus for Nuvolo. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - An ability to discuss complex solutions and explain them in a way that is easy to understand. - Possess critical thinking abilities. - Experience as a Consultant or working for a software provider preferred.
