We seek a Clinical Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with comprehensive and/or specialty medication management. ***The hours for this position will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific time (10:30am-7:00pm Central)*** You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: - Assesses medication regimen for indication, effectiveness, safety, and compliance - Provides patient-centered care that will improve clinical outcomes - Communicates individualized care plans effectively with patients - Supports patients in their initiation and maintenance of new therapy; providing education, optimizing utilization and establishing adherence - Engages patients at clinically relevant times to deliver impactful clinical pharmacy services - Partners with Genoa sites, clinic partners, and other prescribers to optimize therapy - Maintains department performance levels for quality and productivity - Performs other projects, work, and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service to our patients and clients - This position may be required to obtain multi-state licensure as necessary for business need You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
