This position supports the Medicaid line of business by ensuring continuity, accuracy, and timeliness of drug file management, formulary updates, and related reporting activities. The role focuses on weekly drug file reviews, coverage decisioning, attending quarterly Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) meetings and aid in the preparation of the P&T meetings material. The position serves as backup support to the Account Manager and clinical pharmacist in maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. While this role includes diabetes education, it is not limited to diabetes care. You will provide comprehensive nutrition and health counseling to a diverse patient population—including individuals managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia, as well as patients focused on weight loss, GLP-1 therapy, and overall health and wellness. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys practicing across the full spectrum of metabolic health, preventative care, and behavior change, and building meaningful patient relationships in a remote setting. Job Summary The Strategic Advisor, Enterprise Clinical Programs provides end-to-end leadership and support of complex cross-enterprise initiatives positioned to advance Enterprise Clinical Priorities, such as re-imagining prior authorization. This role will contribute to design and development and will own execution of clinical programs, effectively translating clinical strategy into operationally executable programs.
