• Support preparation for senior leadership and board-related meetings, including meeting materials, logistics, and follow-up. • Provide proactive, end-to-end administrative support to two Executive Leaders, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination. • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve issues independently. • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting. • Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. • Support site or facility-related administrative needs. • Support site events and executive visits. • Organize special projects and cross-functional initiatives. • Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness for business operations.

Job Requirements
