Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of software engineering, AI engineering, or relevant internship/project experience
- Strong programming fundamentals in Java or Python, TypeScript, or backend development is a plus
- Good software engineering judgment, including APIs, debugging, system design, and data handling
- Strong curiosity about LLMs, AI agents, tool use, retrieval, evaluation, and production AI systems
- Ability to learn new domains quickly and work effectively in ambiguous environments
- Ability to read, understand, and improve AI-generated code, or learn to do so very quickly
- Good communication skills and the ability to connect technical work to business value
