Project Manager Role and Position Description Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project manager role is to plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed during project Project manager responsibilities: - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. - Proactively engage Suppliers at specific intervals to move service orders to completion within order guidelines and Customer requirements for completion. - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget (MRC). - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Ensure resource availability and allocation. - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project MRC for circuits using appropriate verification techniques. - Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques. - Report and escalate any project anomalies or Customer dissatisfaction to Complete Sales & Engineering Team and Bridgepoint Management. - Maintain high level of Customer satisfaction with the client and relevant stakeholders. - Perform risk management actions to minimize potential risks. - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project. - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. - Develop Complete Communications project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. - Adhere to all specific timelines related to Complete Communications process and protocols. - Perform other related duties as assigned. - Develop spreadsheets, and process maps to document needs.
