Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to join the Global Delivery organization, with a strong specialization in Endpoint Management, specifically Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune. As part of Global Delivery, you will deliver high‑quality, scalable, and repeatable technical engagements for enterprise customers worldwide, helping them modernize, secure, and manage endpoint environments while accelerating adoption of Microsoft Cloud technologies. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working across customers, partners, and internal client teams to drive successful outcomes at scale. Key Responsibilities - Lead and deliver remote and hybrid customer engagements focused on: - Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) - Microsoft Intune - Co‑management and hybrid endpoint strategies - Design and implement modern endpoint management architectures, aligned with client's best practices. - Drive endpoint modernization journeys, including: - Migration from SCCM to Intune - Co‑management enablement - Windows Autopilot and zero‑touch provisioning - Provide technical leadership during deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and operational readiness phases. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint management scenarios within Global Delivery. - Collaborate with other CSAs, partners, and field teams to deliver consistent and repeatable solutions at scale. - Capture and share technical best practices, patterns, and lessons learned within the CSA community. - Contribute to internal enablement, knowledge sharing sessions, and community initiatives. Required Technical Skills - Deep hands‑on experience with: - Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM / ConfigMgr) - Microsoft Intune - Strong knowledge of: - Windows client management (Windows 10 / Windows 11) - Co‑management scenarios (SCCM + Intune) - Windows Autopilot - Endpoint security and compliance concepts - Experience with: - Azure Active Directory / Entra ID - Microsoft 365 services - PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting - Solid understanding of hybrid and cloud‑native endpoint architectures.
