You will be a senior testing leader within the Mondelēz International Digital & Technology organization, responsible for leading end-to-end quality assurance and testing activities across large-scale transformation programs, including the o9 Enterprise Operations Planning (EOP) platform rollout. You will own the testing strategy, manage testing cycles, and drive quality outcomes across multiple workstreams and regional stakeholders in the CPG industry. How you will contribute You will lead the test management function for o9 EOP and other large transformation programs, ensuring that quality is built into every stage of delivery. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and platform vendors, you will define and execute a robust testing framework that covers functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing. Specifically, you will:• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy, test plans, and testing governance framework for large-scale ERP and planning transformation programs, including o9 Wave deployments across NALA, MEU, and AMEA.• Lead and manage all testing phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Go-Live readiness validation.• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium and TOSCA, ensuring maximum test coverage and reusability across program cycles.• Track and manage testing cycles end-to-end - including test case creation, defect logging, triage, resolution tracking, and exit criteria sign-off - using industry-standard test management tools.• Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders including business leads, process owners, technical architects, and vendor teams, ensuring alignment on quality standards, timelines, and testing outcomes.• Establish and maintain defect management processes, ensuring timely escalation, prioritization, and resolution of critical defects in collaboration with development and platform teams.• Lead UAT exit approval processes, coordinating with business stakeholders to secure sign-offs and document test completion evidence for program governance.• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices by introducing automation, optimizing test cycles, and reducing manual testing effort over time.• Provide regular test status reporting to program leadership and key stakeholders, including metrics on test execution progress, defect trends, and risk indicators.• Coach and mentor testing analysts and junior team members, fostering a quality-first culture across delivery teams. You will bring experience and knowledge in:• Leading quality assurance and testing workstreams for large-scale ERP, supply chain, or enterprise platform transformation programs in the CPG or FMCG industry.• Hands-on expertise with test automation tools, specifically Selenium (for web-based UI automation) and TOSCA (Tricentis) for end-to-end test automation and continuous testing.• Test management tools such as JIRA/Zephyr, ALM (HP Quality Center), Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms for managing test cases, cycles, and defect tracking.• Designing and executing SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing strategies for complex, multi-system landscapes including ERP (SAP), planning platforms (o9, IBP), and integrated non-SAP applications.• Stakeholder management - communicating testing status, risks, and quality outcomes clearly to both technical teams and senior business leadership across multiple regions and functions.• Driving UAT processes including test scenario design with business users, defect triage sessions, exit criteria definition, and formal sign-off procedures.• Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt testing approaches to program context.• Working in global, matrixed organizations with geographically distributed teams and multiple vendor partners.• Risk-based testing approaches - identifying critical test scenarios and prioritizing coverage based on business impact.• Building and maintaining reusable test asset libraries that accelerate future testing cycles and regression runs. More about this role What you need to know about this position:• This role is a key leadership position within the o9 EOP program and will support UAT, SIT, and Go-Live testing activities across all wave deployments.• The Testing Lead will coordinate closely with the Solution Architect, Integration teams, Business Process Owners, and the o9 vendor team to ensure full end-to-end test coverage.• The role requires strong organizational skills to manage parallel testing workstreams across multiple regions and business functions simultaneously.• This position sits within the Digital & Technology function and reports into the o9 Program Leadership / Quality Assurance Lead. What extra ingredients you will bring:• Experience testing o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent enterprise supply chain and planning platforms.• Familiarity with supply chain planning processes - Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Trade Promotion Management (TPM) - and the ability to translate business scenarios into effective test cases.• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices, with experience integrating automated tests into build and release pipelines.• Exposure to AI-powered testing tools or intelligent test automation practices is a plus.• Experience with data validation testing - including master data, transactional data, and integration payload verification across system boundaries. Education / Certifications:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. An engineering background is strongly preferred.• ISTQB certification (Foundation, Advanced Test Manager, or Agile Tester) is highly desirable.• Tricentis TOSCA certification (e.g., TOSCA Automation Specialist Level 1 or 2) is a strong advantage.• SAP or o9 functional knowledge certifications are a plus.• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe) are beneficial given the stakeholder and program management scope of this role. Job specific requirements:• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QA and software testing roles, with at least 4-5 years in a test lead or test manager capacity on large transformation programs.• Proven track record of successfully leading UAT exit approvals and Go-Live readiness validations for enterprise platform programs.• Demonstrated experience managing and reporting to senior stakeholders across business and IT in a global CPG or FMCG environment.• Strong hands-on experience with both Selenium and TOSCA automation frameworks is mandatory. Travel requirements:• Occasional travel may be required to support regional testing activities and stakeholder workshops across NALA, MEU, and AMEA. Work schedule:• Full-time.
