ROLE SUMMARY: In this exciting role, you will be responsible for account and opportunity planning to maintain and grow accounts within your assigned territory. This will include existing ATMaaS and network branding customers. With a services led approach, the main focus is to manage the existing business and develop profitable sales opportunities to expand that business leveraging the full breadth of additional NCR Atleos solutions including ATMaaS, managed services, professional services, hardware and software. In addition to sales targets, a key responsibility will be to ensure your accounts receive the highest level of customer service and support. There will be a dependency to partner with other stakeholders across the organization. This role requires strong relationship management, sales, sales support, and management skills in order to achieve your targets and a high level of customer satisfaction. POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: - Position responsible for managing the on-going business within a defined account base and/or territory - Responsible for demand creation of NCR Atleos ATM Branding, ATMaaS, Self Service, Consulting, and SaaS solutions for existing accounts and new prospects within the assigned account base and/or territory; Also responsible for maintaining, renewing and growing file value - Existing accounts include a combination of ATMaaS customers and ATM Branding customers - Partners with other groups across the organization to expand cross-sell opportunities; Leads account planning and opportunity planning sessions - Responsible for customer relationships ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and met driving volume and growth into these user accounts; Key interface or liaison between the customer, sales support teams, product management and other internal resources with regard to sales and services issues for current customers; Position requires strong relationship management skills and carries the responsibility for the customer's satisfaction with NCR Atleos - Ensure that key customer accounts continue to thrive in a partnership with NCR Atleos; Responsible for any prospect opportunity within their assigned account base in order to advance the business opportunity for new solutions as identified by the region - Continually seek to build and enhance enduring relationships with key customer interfaces while working to achieve a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements and addressing customer issues, escalating them, as necessary, to the appropriate internal parties in order to drive them toward resolution - Continually fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities and execute winning sales campaigns - Obtains customer or industry information that assists in responding to customer's needs and requirements; Capitalizes on industry knowledge and customer contacts to uncover future business opportunities; Responds to competitive threats in order to maximize customer retention rate; Understands the formal and informal decision-making process within each of the accounts - Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques; Create an internal network of relationships with peers, management and internal sales support groups in providing value-added solutions and best in class service for the customer - Has primary accountability for ensuring that assigned accounts are being properly serviced by NCR Atleos in a manner that reflects the NCR Atleos commitment to delivering high quality products and services - Strategically designs a plan to effectively manage his/her territory in order to maximize incoming revenue and profits in order to meet annual quota objectives; Tracks the sales process through monthly forecast submissions for assigned accounts to quantify and qualify opportunities where NCR Atleos is best positioned to win - Position requires ability to describe how NCR Atleos products and services relate to the customer's current industry position; Identify major competitors in the account and assesses the competitor's products/services, and compare their strengths and weaknesses relative to NCR Atleos; Position NCR Atleos as a single source provider offering additional solutions and services to maximize NCR Atleos revenue and profitable growth - Apply presentation and consultative selling skills to deliver sales presentation at senior/executive levels; Incorporate thorough understanding of industry trends and issues into sales presentations - Rely on excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executive-level interaction and customer satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years of customer facing experience ideally in sales or customer relationship management - Organizational skills to work successfully through each customer related issue or opportunity from start to finish - Ability to work with customers in a professional, patient, courteous, timely, and helpful manner - Strong customer advocacy skills and ability to understand the customers’ perspectives - Excellent team player - Willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, working across the organization and structuring new approaches to new opportunities - Must have a high degree of self-motivation and self-directedness - Experience working with the banking and/or payments industry would be preferred - French language is not required but would be an asset RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE Dans ce rôle passionnant, vous serez responsable de la planification des comptes et des opportunités afin de maintenir et développer les comptes au sein de votre territoire attitré.
