• Manage, coach and lead your team of enrollment advisors to achieve key performance indicators, cohort recruitment goals, and positive student outcomes through strategic pipeline management • Develop, oversee and guide relationships with internal stakeholders and university partners and provide thoughtful strategic, data-driven recommendations to ensure the success of the program • Assist in the execution of development and maintenance of the knowledge base for each University program, serving as the enrollment expert and primary point of contact • Support senior leadership to strategize goal attainment based on the individual needs of each program and University partner, utilizing forecasting tools, market research, and contextual data • Develop and coach enrollment advisors through call recording evaluations, pipeline reviews and assessing student readiness through second voice outreach and other touchpoints • Use reporting tools and resources (e.g. CRM, Slate, Tableau) to identify EA performance and skill gaps to then develop strategies that will address performance needs • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 6-8 year of professional experience, 2+ years of experience and success within higher education industry, admissions, recruitment, and/or sales
  • Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree a plus
  • Leadership experience within either the OPM or higher education industry
  • Technical proficiency and knowledge of learning management systems, eLearning tools, Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), and Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with an ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of management
  • Proven track record managing multiple, complex projects from conception through implementation
  • Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
