Senior Contracts Analyst, Contracts Administration
Orthofix
• Proactively support members of various business units in all matters pertaining to contractual commitments • Draft a broad range of standard and non-standard company contracts • Anticipate and notify business teams of any contract issues or problems and coordinate a resolution • Ensure that all contract terms comply with approved business practices, risk management requirements, regulatory compliance, and applicable laws • Electronically collect, organize, and maintain documents which pertain to pending and ongoing contract matters • Serve as a primary resource for knowledge and guidance around specific contract domains • Build and maintain positive, strategic, and collaborative working relationships with the business units and departments • Support and develop junior members of the team through direct feedback and education
Job Requirements
- 4-year bachelor’s degree, or related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an executive environment
- 5+ years of contracts-related experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills including strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work under pressure of time commitments
- Contract negotiation, preparation, review, and administration experience and the ability to draft non-routine, moderate to complex contract documents and other contracts in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines
- Proficiency with business applications such as MS Suite, DocuSign, and Salesforce
- Manage multiple projects at once with minimal supervision and direction, having a keen attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to executing responsibilities
- Identification and assessment of risk communicated effectively to appropriate internal groups such as Legal, business partners, compliance, finance, and others.
