Senior Account Manager – IAA

• Responsible for leading the Commercial Lines and Special Lines end-to-end salvage process for a large-scale provider. • Consulting providers on the auction process. • Distributing operational performance metrics. • Monitoring cycle times. • Implementing and providing oversight for new services, processes, and geographic markets. • Interacting with IAA Operations, Sales, and corporate personnel. • Providing performance and industry insights and meeting regularly with key business partners. • Offering superior customer service while providing customer daily assistance with communication between IAA branches, title centers, and release centers. • Supporting provider(s) with ad-hoc reporting requests and using data to support solutions and results. • Monitoring SLA compliance and working with operations and title teams to determine cause and appropriate action plan in instances where compliance is not met. • Facilitating resolution of provider(s) complaints and working with necessary internal teams to address areas of concern. • Finding innovative solutions to solve for complex problems. • Creating and working with IAA data team to provide report framework on data request from provider(s) and IAA operations. Analyze, interpret, and communicate requests. • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with providers.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial lines insurance knowledge/experience developing partnerships with vendors and customers.
- Candidate must show a level of executive presence with key external partners.
- Candidate must show history of tactful and positive dealings with all levels of personnel within an organization, internal and external.
- Highly proficient in data analysis and data interpretation.
- Ability to present complex performance trending and insights in an engaging and effective manner.
- Strategic thinker, capable of creating complex business solutions, independently when needed.
- Exhibit leadership skills and capable of leading a team through projects and new product initiatives.
- Able to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders to favorable outcomes.
- Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills essential.
- Demonstrate great collaboration skills, with a willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and adjusting schedules to meet multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products.
- Candidate would ideally have experience with data analysis and visualization, worked or have prior client/vendor experience and/or an insurance background.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% for work purposes.

• Establish new program business opportunities (Carriers, MGA’s, Program Managers, RRG’s, trade association members, aggregators) through cold calling, investigating leads, prospecting, and closing sales. • Collaborate with Relationship Managers by referring agency leads and receiving program business and insuretech leads • Build and foster relationships with existing clients, proactively identifying issues and ways to grow loan volume and maximize profitability. • Analyze production reports to identify problem areas and target programs for increased sales opportunities. • Work with internal teams to provide assistance where needed, and drive positive client behavior regarding efficiency and program profitability. • Attend industry trade shows and conferences to source new program business and insuretech leads. • Travel to prospect/client headquarters to close deals and strengthen relationships. • Other travel and meetings as directed by EVP. • Implement new lead generation strategies for program business. • Work closely with EVP and Division Presidents to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. • Provide market feedback to operations teams to strengthen FIRST’s product and tech offerings for program business. • Efficient use of travel and entertainment budget and timely submittal of expense reports. • Establish and maintain CRM system and communicate activity on a regular basis to management as directed.
