We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a recruiting or HR background to fully own the pipeline for a fast-growing AI healthcare startup. This role is built for someone who already knows how to manage a high-volume funnel, keep job boards running cleanly, and hit a consistent hiring target without needing process built for them. The goal is four qualified hires every two weeks, aligned to a biweekly training cycle. You own that number. If you have managed volume recruiting before, know how to clear an inbox of hundreds of applications efficiently, and can run independently across time zones, this role is a strong fit.
