Senior Technical Program Manager

• Lead architecture, design, implementation and deployment of large-scale critical and complex financial applications, owning all aspects of solutions end-to-end, through full stack software development. • Partner closely with engineering leads, product managers, designers, and other teams to define program scope, requirements, and deliverables. • Drive Data Governance and Data Privacy programs forward. • Establish clear and consistent communication channels. Provide regular updates on program status, progress, and blockers to all stakeholders, including senior leadership. • Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring seamless integration and coordination. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as appropriate. • Continuously evaluate and improve program & portfolio management processes, leveraging Artificial intelligence (AI) to drive continuous improvement, automation initiatives, and efficiencies. • Mentor junior program managers or contribute to the development of best practices within the program management function.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role within a software development environment.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience incorporating AI into your day-to-day work to optimize operations and improve technical processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Data Governance and Data Privacy initiatives, such as the rollout of Data Retention policies and/or owning Data Subject Request programs.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies (Kanban), and modern software architectures (e.g., microservices, cloud-native applications).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges, a results-oriented mindset, and a commitment to delivering value to customers.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA), collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Certifications in program management and/or service management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL).

The Program Manager role is accountable for owning and driving retention and growth in strategic accounts.
