Essential Functions -Develops and implements strategies to improve alignment of operations across departments and service lines. -Collaborates with leadership to establish goals and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and consistency. -Monitors performance metrics and operational data to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. -Oversees cross-functional projects to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and service delivery. -Promotes a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in operational alignment. -Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards across departments. -Leads and mentors a team focused on operational alignment, providing guidance and support to foster development and high performance. -Develops and manages budgets for operational initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources. -Prepares and presents reports to executive leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities in operational alignment.
