• Develop and scale IaC (Terraform) with a modular layered architecture (foundation → platform → workloads) • Build and standardize CI/CD in Azure DevOps (YAML-first, reusable pipelines) • Operate and improve Kubernetes (AKS): lifecycle, reliability, upgrade management • Implement GitOps practices (PR-driven workflows, single source of truth) • Enhance security (secretless auth, least privilege, Key Vault integration) • Drive automation and observability (Datadog, LGTM stack) • Contribute to engineering culture: code reviews, mentoring, best practices
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in DevOps / Platform / SRE roles
- 3+ years hands-on with Azure as a primary cloud (multi-subscription environments)
- Strong production Kubernetes experience (multi-env, real SLA-driven workloads)
- 2+ years of Terraform at modular/layered architecture level
- Solid experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML-first, reusable templates)
- Hands-on experience with Helm, GitOps practices, and infrastructure as code
- Experience with mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within a team
- Production on-call experience and understanding of incident response
- Ability to work in low-process environments and establish structure from scratch
- Proactive, mature mindset with strong ownership

You’ll create repeatable CI/CD patterns, improve deployment reliability, and enable teams to ship changes safely across environments.
