The Role Fusion Risk Management is seeking an execution-oriented Vice President of Product Management to lead the evolution, expansion, and market leadership of the Fusion Framework. This role is a player/coach opportunity for a leader will own the end-to-end product lifecycle and team enablement required to accelerate growth and strengthen Fusion's competitive differentiation. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Vice President of Product Management is responsible for building a world class product management team, driving the long-term product vision, and ensuring our offerings deliver measurable value to customers and the market. Key Responsibilities• Adopt and adapt as AI disrupts product management and the end-to-end software development lifecycle.• Directly lead strategic product initiatives ensuring delivery and business outcomes.• Align product roadmap with corporate objectives, revenue targets, and market expansion goals.• Champion the adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency, analytics, and innovation.• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Product Management organization.• Build a strong, collaborative relationship with Engineering, with a particular focus on customer and market understanding.• Establish KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, retention, and revenue contribution.• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales and Marketing to define positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market strategy.• Champion the voice of the customer and engage with key accounts to inform roadmap priorities. Qualifications (Education and Experience)• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field required; MBA preferred.• 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior leadership roles.• 5+ years leading and developing product management teams.• Experience in enterprise SaaS or risk/resilience technology preferred.• Experience integrating AI tools into product team roles and operational workflows. Early Milestones 30 Days• Complete an assessment of the roadmap, team structure & responsibilities, and performance metrics.• Evaluate PM processes with an eye toward AI disruption.• Build strong alignment with Executive Leadership and key cross-functional partners.• Identify immediate risks, opportunities, and quick wins within the product organization. 90 Days• Strong AI methodology established with broad team adoption.• Delivery of prioritized initiatives to market and tracking of associated KPIs.• Implement a governance and operating cadence that strengthens cross-functional execution. 180 Days• From ideation to delivery with measurable impact on at least one strategic product initiative.• Strengthen product team structure, talent development, and accountability. Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $190,000-225,000, depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. This role is eligible for executive-level bonus incentives and may participate in long-term incentive programs. • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product features (JobHunt Engine). • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaled impact, focusing on business results, not just model performance. • Translate business problems into ML hypotheses and solutions. • Work side-by-side with ML engineers and data scientists to define data requirements, evaluation frameworks (evals, RAG, agents), model monitoring, and delivery processes. • Design and execute rapid, pragmatic validation cycles. • Formulate clear hypotheses (Problem → Mechanism → Impact → Metric), choose the right validation method (A/B test, shadow model, phased rollout), and make data-driven go/no-go decisions under uncertainty. • Apply critical thinking to decompose complex, ambiguous problems. Cut through noise, prioritize what truly matters, and build simple, effective solutions first. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams. Communicate complex ML concepts clearly and align stakeholders on goals, trade-offs, and progress.

• Resource management touches nearly every other part of the product. You’ll drive strategy for this domain while working closely with Product Managers across Loop whose work intersects with yours. • We build in small, dedicated teams. You’ll work directly with engineering and design from problem definition through shipped feature with minimal handoff and maximum ownership. We use AI collaboratively throughout our work to streamline communication and accelerate delivery. This is not a traditional product organization. We move fast, build directly, and expect everyone on the team to close the loop between insight and execution. • You’ll define how Loop models, surfaces, and helps organizations make decisions about their full workforce capacity: - Full-time employees — the core of most capacity plans - Temporary and contract workers — time-boxed capacity with distinct cost structures and availability constraints - Third-party and partner capacity — vendor relationships, SOWs, and partner ecosystems that are frequently invisible to portfolio tools - Gig and on-demand workers — project-specific capacity that is allocated and released rapidly - AI-assisted work — human-led work supported by AI tools (agents, automation, assisted workflows): what's in use, at what cost, and how it influences capacity - Autonomous AI-powered capabilities — automated pipelines, agentic workflows, and tools that execute tasks autonomously, without a person involved • Specifically, you’ll own: - Product strategy and roadmap for Loop’s resource management and capacity planning capabilities - Demand-to-capacity matching: identifying gaps, running scenarios, and supporting allocation decisions across a mixed workforce - Skills-based planning: matching the right work to the right resource type, based on a structured skills taxonomy - Discovery with Heads of Resource Management, PMO leaders, HR business partners, and workforce planning teams - Defining how AI surfaces capacity risk, recommends reallocation, and flags strategic drift before it becomes a delivery problem

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for specialized AI agents and evaluation infrastructure • Ship large, technically complex agent capabilities end-to-end with with a high degree of autonomy • Define agentic development standards that enable teams beyond your own to build high-quality agents • Mentor and develop junior PMs on your team • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with engineering, design, and data science to drive alignment and move work forward • Support other duties as assigned
