Senior Marketing Manager

• Responsible for leading strategic direction and operational execution of marketing function. • Manage marketing team members and coordinate work with partners and vendors. • Own the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy. • Ensure marketing activities align with sales pipeline goals and product launch timelines. • Serve as the central owner of marketing campaigns across all channels. • Lead marketing and brand stewardship across the organization. • Own strategic planning and performance measurement of conference participation. • Develop campaigns supporting the entire customer lifecycle. • Establish and maintain structured marketing workflows for visibility and accountability. • Lead development and tracking of marketing performance metrics aligned with business objectives. • Oversee effective use of marketing technology platforms. • Ensure the company website functions as a primary marketing and conversion platform. • Lead and develop the marketing team for consistent performance and accountability. • Align marketing priorities with sales initiatives and product launches.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and workflow management expertise.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
