Job Description
Heat Transfer Sales Manager
Piovan UK
• Responsible for sales within an assigned geographical territory • Support for Heat Transfer Sales and technical expertise as needed in the field • Report to the National Sales Manager and located in the field • Field travel with the sales representative • Be seen as the technical resource for all Heat Transfer applications • Tactically plan interfacing with the sales representative, applications engineer, and regional managers • Reinforce long-term customer relationship • Expand the portfolio of equipment that customers could purchase from Conair • Look for non-Conair customer opportunities • Maintain and utilize the CRM software to develop a Conair knowledge base of each customer
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or related field)
- Ten (10)+ years of direct work experience without formal education
- Six (6)+ years of direct/relevant experience based on scope of position
- One (1) year of leadership responsibility
- Minimum five (5) years of field sales experience
- Process cooling experience and/or HVAC background preferred
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external teams
- Must be able to prioritize and multitask
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and salesforce.com
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Adaptable and able to effectively manage in a dynamic environment
- Must develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
