Job Overview The Senior Field Trainer will be responsible for conducting product training and education programs for Getinge’s employees. This role will be focused on the company’s assigned product line. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States (LOWER 48). Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties - Develop and conduct product training and education programs for Getinge employees. - Evaluate Getinge’s product training needs by evaluating employee knowledge, skills and abilities against needs of job, and identifying gaps where training is needed. Provide recommendations to sales management and Human Resources based on aforementioned evaluations. - Implement measurements in partnership with Sales Management to improve company personnel performance or enhance employee technical product knowledge. - Work with other Field Trainers, Sales Management and the respective Marketing Manager to write training plans. - Attend professional conferences to build networks of contacts, advance technical knowledge, and ensure professional expertise is maintained. - Evaluate with the business area the clinical application of products from a clinical and patient perspective. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. - A minimum of 5 years of relevant training experience. - Valid driver’s license is required. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Outstanding presentation skills are required. - Ability to effectively articulate and communicate training related to the assigned product line (s) in a way that enhances engagement. - Exceptional listening skills and the ability to problem solve. - Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with customers of varying skill levels. - Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively to ensure successful completion of training requirement. - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
