• Lead the design, development, and deployment of data integration solutions within Palantir Foundry and related data platforms. • Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, validation, and delivery of structured and unstructured data. • Develop and maintain ontology models, data schemas, and relationships to support analytics, search, and operational use cases. • Integrate data across multiple systems and platforms (e.g., cloud storage, APIs, analytics environments) using scalable and secure patterns. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, analytics, product, and security) to ensure seamless system interoperability and data consistency. • Implement data validation, quality assurance, and governance processes (e.g., completeness checks, schema validation, metadata integrity). • Support development of AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., semantic search, entity resolution, analytics) by enabling high-quality, well-structured data pipelines. • Operate within an Agile delivery model, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story development, and iterative delivery of technical solutions. • Translate business and mission needs into technical requirements and scalable integration designs. • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and audit requirements, including role-based access controls, logging, and data protection standards. • Drive technical design decisions, mentor junior engineers, and act as a technical lead within a matrixed team environment.

• Build GenAI-powered solutions: Design, develop, and deploy scalable business workflows using GenAI client tools (e.g., Gemini Advanced, NotebookLM, Claude Enterprise) and integrate them with existing systems via APIs (Freshdesk, Google Workspace, Airtable, etc.). • Drive AI innovation: Evaluate and experiment with emerging GenAI technologies, stay ahead of industry trends, and pilot innovative solutions tailored for Soum’s marketplace. • Ensure scalability and reliability: Architect solutions that can handle high-volume, concurrent user interactions while maintaining low latency and excellent user experience. • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to identify opportunities for automation and deliver impactful, user-centric solutions. • Evangelize AI adoption: Share best practices, contribute to technical knowledge-sharing sessions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Bridge technical gaps: Integrate custom-built AI platforms with out-of-the-box GenAI tools, fostering democratization and ease of adoption across teams.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and resellers across India. • Design end-to-end data center architectures (compute, storage, networking) integrated with immersion cooling. • Drive technical proposals, BoQs, consulting documents, and RFP responses. • Deliver presentations, workshops, and training for customers and partners. • Collaborate with Submer Design & Build, sales, and product teams to ensure solution quality and innovation. • Support and influence strategic and transformational AI/HPC data centers in India, aligned with Vision 2030. • Act as the voice of the field, providing feedback to improve Submer’s products and services. • Work with ecosystem alliances — including NVIDIA, Intel, Dell, HP, Supermicro, AMD, and local integrators — to deliver end-to-end AI and HPC solutions. • Be willing to travel across India and work flexibly in hybrid/remote environments.

• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT infrastructure and integration for technically complex projects and tenders. • Work closely with the Middle East Sales Team, building a trusted technical relationship with customers. • Actively engage with the Sales teams to support them in their deals and proposals. • Follow a standard procedure to validate and qualify opportunities from a technical IT perspective. • Drive the technical relationship with customers, ensuring alignment between their IT requirements and Submer’s technology roadmap. • Create and develop technical IT proposals detailing server, networking, and communication system integrations. • Review, validate, and provide preliminary IT architecture designs, ensuring proper integration between Submer’s solutions and the customer’s IT ecosystem during the sales process.
