• Define the most common research and analysis workflows in your area (e.g., M&A deal analysis, company valuation, or portfolio construction). • Build test cases and evaluation criteria to measure how well the AI completes these workflows. • Assess the model’s ability to handle financial tasks such as statement analysis, data extraction, market trend identification, and risk assessment. • Identify and curate high-quality financial data for training and fine-tuning AI models. • Provide feedback on model outputs and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and usefulness.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced skills in Chinese language.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in one of the following areas: Investment Banking (M&A, capital markets, corporate finance), Private Equity (deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management), Asset Management (portfolio management, investment strategy, quantitative analysis), Equity Research (company analysis, financial modeling, report writing).
  • Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or experience working with technical teams is a significant plus.
  • Advanced skills in financial software such as Bloomberg and Prophix, along with strong data analytics capabilities for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to break down complex financial processes into measurable steps.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-experts.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
