About the Role Level: 4 Location: Fully Remote, with occasional travel Department: Adviser & Client Support HUB Contract: Permanent Our Financial Planner role is to provide predominantly remote Financial Advice to existing clients and new clients via media’s such has Teams, Zoom or the telephone however occasional face to face maybe required. You will also support strategic initiatives in the National with concentration on the movement of back book assets under advice. You will follow existing procedures, including annual reviews, pre and post-retirement advice, investment and protection advice as well as referrals to specialists where required. Working with customers to identify financial requirements and needs as well as recommending suitable investment and advice vehicles to support customers / clients’ financial goals. You will carry out annual reviews and identify more complex customer / client requirements and ensure the right advice is provided or relevant referrals are made. Working with the wider QFA team to ensure the team are contributing towards the Quilter strategic priorities, which are: - Grow with our customers - Enhance Efficiencies - Embrace Digital - Be a responsible Wealth Manager Regulatory obligations Consumer Duty This role will directly impact good customer outcomes as direct client contact will be made to deliver an ongoing service. The ongoing service is expected to be of high quality and meet client expectations. The duties you will perform will contribute to the overall positive outcomes for our customers by ensuring their needs are correctly identified, and advice/recommendations are provided based on their personal circumstances. About You The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Financial Services industry as well as an extensive background in Financial Planning. We would also want someone who has previous or current Financial Planner status. You must have a Level 4 diploma in Financial Advice which is essential to the role. You will be an excellent, clear communicator and be able to act with focus and care towards the client. Adaptable by nature and who can work professionally and ethically. At DUAL, Associate Underwriters play a key supportive role through the risk underwriting process and expansion of broker relationships.
