Role Description Our client is seeking an experienced Product Operation Lead who will be working closely with the Principal Product Manager for Cloud Services. While the Principal Product Manager owns product strategy and roadmap direction, this role focuses on day‑to‑day execution and operational follow‑through across client’s cloud platforms. - Help translate the cloud roadmap into actionable work for product owners. - Support Agile teams as they create and execute stories. - Coordinate across engineering, architecture, operations, security, and finance. - Provide clear updates and materials for leadership. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders are critical for success in this role. This position is a good fit for a senior IT professional who understands large enterprise environments, is comfortable working across multiple teams, and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives. Qualifications - Hands‑on experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Product operations, delivery, or execution management experience. - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and sprint‑based delivery. - Strong communication skills, especially with senior leadership. - Ability to translate strategy or roadmap direction into executable work. - Two years of experience with Pro Desk API. - Nice to Have: Cloud certifications. - Healthcare experience. Requirements - Bachelor's degree with 5 years' demonstrated technical experience and 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience, or - Associate's degree with 7 years' experience and 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience, or - HS/GED with 9 years of experience and 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience in a large, complex organization. - Certification in cloud engineering is required. As the organization transitions from MVP pipelines to a scalable production architecture, there is a need for a Senior Data Engineer to join the team. This individual will help design and operate the data foundation behind a global payments network, ensuring that systems tracking wallet connections, transaction health, and financial reconciliations are as reliable as the payment flows themselves. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and backend systems.
