This position plays a fundamental role in ensuring that payroll records and processing are up-to date and processed in a timely and accurate manner. - Main point of contact for the collection and validation of payroll related data from key stakeholders (ex. Delivery) for processing - First point of contact for payroll related queries via email or ticketing system from internal customers; effectively resolving within agreed timelines or escalate within the Payroll team as appropriate - Manage incoming communications (electronic or physical) and distribute appropriately - Scan documents and maintain filing of payroll records where applicable - Manage password resets for payroll related tools (where applicable) - Assist in global work and initiatives as needed Location: IND Gurgaon UDYOG Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time
