• Lead the design and operation of WCG’s cloud platform as a product • Drive the shift to a modern platform engineering model focused on automation, self-service capabilities, and developer experience • Define, build, and operate the internal platform as a product, with clear users (developers, IT teams) and measurable outcomes • Develop and execute a platform roadmap, service catalog, and self-service capabilities including reusable components and standardized patterns • Continuously improve developer experience (DevEx) by reducing friction and increasing autonomy • Architect and manage cloud environments in Azure and AWS, including high availability, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies • Lead adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) • Partner closely with Security teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines and platform services

• Design, create and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, transform, and load data from various sources. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of environmental engineers, data scientists, and software developers to understand data requirements. • Participate in the design of and execute the creation and management of data warehouses, data lakes, and databases. • Develop, deploy, execute, and monitor ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. • Develop and maintain data models and engage in SQL database management and querying. • Design and execute testing plans for data pipeline and data warehousing implementation efforts. • Implement processes for improving data quality and managing data governance. • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to implement and operate data pipelines within approved data infrastructure. • Design and execute processing tasks using Python and maintain up-to-date understanding of big data processing frameworks. • Perform regular data audits and updates to ensure a high level of data accuracy and integrity.

• Develop and enhance Model-Driven Applications within the FsAST solution, with primary focus on the PR Mobility module. • Design and build standalone modules incorporating Power Automate workflows to streamline request processing and automation. • Implement custom ribbon functionality using Ribbon Workbench to improve user interaction and productivity within the application. • Develop bulk upload capabilities allowing users to submit requests individually or at scale, with fully integrated workflow processing. • Leverage SQL for data integration between Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and backend systems. • Build, publish, and maintain Power BI reports to provide operational visibility, deploying them to shared workspaces for stakeholder access. • Manage the full solution lifecycle across Development, Test, and Production environments, including deployments, versioning, and change management. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to applications, data, workflows, and performance to ensure high system reliability.
