We partner with governments and leading enterprises to design and deliver initiatives that drive economic competitiveness, digital enablement, and long-term growth.   Our work combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution. We support senior decision-makers in navigating complex regulatory, economic, and technological environments, translating ideas into structured programmes, delivery frameworks, and measurable outcomes.   Unlike traditional consultancies that focus solely on recommendations, we remain engaged through implementation; ensuring transformation is not only designed but realized.    WHERE YOU FIT IN |    We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer who can own delivery end-to-end, from frontend to backend and operate effectively in an AI-native development environment.   This is not a traditional developer role.   At Whiteshield, we are building products and systems for governments and large institutions, where speed, ownership, and engineering judgment matter. Our workflows are evolving rapidly with AI - from development to QA and delivery and we need engineers who are already comfortable operating in this way.   You should be able to:   - Take a feature from idea → architecture → implementation → deployment   - Move fast using AI tools, without compromising on quality   - Work independently while collaborating closely with product and leadership     WHAT YOU WILL DO |  -  Own end-to-end feature development across frontend, backend, and data layers   - Build production-grade applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and modern web stacks   - Design and implement clean, scalable APIs and services   - Work directly with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to shape solutions   - Debug issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers   - Use AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation) to accelerate development and delivery   - Contribute to a fast-moving, highly collaborative, remote team environment   - Continuously improve how we build including AI-driven workflows and automation

  • Proven ability to own features end-to-end (UI → API → database)
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the full stack

  • You rely on AI without understanding what the code is doing
  • You prefer highly structured environments

Benefits
