Operations Manager
MADx – Macro Array Diagnostics GmbH
• Budgeting, forecasting, monthly KPI reporting as well as liquidity and cash flow management. • Preparation of management reports, variance analyses and ad-hoc analyses to support management decision-making. • Coordination and monitoring of ongoing accounting activities in collaboration with external partners; tax advisors, bankers, auditors, insurance providers and IT infrastructure partners, and related consultants. • Development and optimization of financial, administrative, and operational infrastructure and related processes to increase efficiency. • Oversee day-to-day business operations including office, order management, logistics and financial operations to include related vendor interactions, contracts, documentation and operational budgets. • Hands-on support in establishing the initial setup of MADx North American operations and commercial expansion activities, including operational infrastructure, administrative processes, and required financial systems. • Act as the CRM (Salesforce) system administrator for the North American commercial team. • Serve as the key contact and operational liaison for all relevant functional areas for reporting into HQ (Vienna): e.g. Finance, Order Management, Purchasing & Logistic, Sales Ops.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a comparable field.
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally combining controlling/finance and operational responsibilities in a regulated business environment.
- Strong finance know-how (budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting) with a structured analytical mindset.
- Deep experience with integrating ERP systems to related operational and administrative platforms (e.g., CRM, HR/Payroll, eQMS, Field Service applications) to streamline and optimize business processes.
- Experience in company set-up / scale-up environments is a strong plus.
- Strong managerial experience and proven leadership skills.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages a plus.
- Hands-on mentality, personal initiative, strong communication skills and flexibility.

As a Field Operations Support Associate – Debris, Quality & Compliance you will ensure quality, compliance, and production integrity of our debris removal and emergency response activations. In this role, you will serve as a direct field presence. You will monitor truck & crew activity, verify debris eligibility, and oversee the performance of assigned crews and subcontractors across active job sites. You may oversee between 2-6 field crews, which will be dependent on project scope and your level of experience. Ensure safe and efficient operations in full compliance of the contract scope of work. What You Will Do Read, understand, and adhere to all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety policies. Monitor work in the field for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility by working close with crews. Daily quantification of trucks and locations, haul rounds, and debris quantities.
