Role Description As an EAM lead, you take ownership of designing and delivering end‑to‑end SAP EAM solutions by collaborating across functions, steering project tracks, staying connected to system configuration, and guiding your team to ensure successful, high‑quality outcomes. - Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft, design and implement effective SAP EAM solutions that align with business objectives and best practices, based on SAP’s on-premise and cloud portfolio of solutions. - Project Leadership: Lead EAM tracks and projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring high quality delivery according to client expectations, but also timely and within budget. - System Configuration: Keep in touch with the system and support our EAM team to configure and customize SAP to meet specific organizational requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes in or out of SAP. - Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of EAM consultants of various levels of expertise; providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and contribute to project success. • Analyze, design, and document customer service processes in SAP S/4HANA Service • Gather requirements and create functional specifications • Configure and develop SAP S/4HANA Service (including Service/CS order types, partner determination, pricing) • Perform testing and support project teams during rollout • Work closely with related processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM) • Support technical topics such as code analysis and basic debugging in ABAP • Advise business units on process optimization and best practices

Role Description We are currently seeking a SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Qualifications - 8+ years of overall experience in SAP Finance Implementations / Rollouts - 2+ years of experience with S/4 HANA Implementations / Rollout experience - SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration expertise in SAP Finance Master / transaction data including GL Accounts, Assets, GL/AR /AP Balances etc. - Exposure in using Data Migration Tools like SAP BODS/IS, Syniti / Backoffice Associates ADM, SAP S4 HANA Migration Cockpit etc. - Experience with creating functional documentation for data migration field mapping, rules etc. Requirements - Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture, preferably involving the implementation of SAP. - Solid analytical / problem solving skills - Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective. - Strong influencing and excellent communication skills.
