• Support strategic airline accounts. • Participate in client calls and performance reviews. • Track KPIs, savings, and service performance. • Escalate and resolve operational risks proactively. • Support RFP processes and market sourcing initiatives. • Conduct rate benchmarking and supplier analysis. • Assist in contract coordination and documentation. • Track contract timelines and renewals. • Manage urgent commercial requests such as charters, crew relocations, and special operations. • Liaise between Operations and Account Management to ensure structured resolution. • Support supplier performance monitoring and service improvements. • Maintain accuracy in internal systems (Salesforce / ACES). • Support reporting, contract documentation, and audit readiness.
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years in airline, hospitality, travel BPO, procurement, or operations.
- Strong communication skills with confidence working with international stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with operational understanding.
- Excel skills and comfort working with data.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Ambitious and interested in progressing into Account Management and Sourcing.
