• Administration of on‑premises databases (patching, backups, updates, upgrades, migrations); • Administration and financial management of cloud databases (Oracle DBaaS, Amazon RDS, Microsoft Azure); • Execution and monitoring of implementation and migration projects for on‑premises and cloud environments; • Participation in crisis and disaster response rooms with clients and their third parties; • Handling and routing of support tickets; • Participation in projects.

• Design, evolve and maintain the corporate data architecture, ensuring alignment with the business's strategic objectives; • Develop, monitor and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring high reliability, performance, scalability and data governance; • Lead and execute strategic data initiatives such as adoption of Data Mesh, automation of analytical processes, data observability and continuous improvement of platforms; • Define and promote best practices, technical standards and analytical frameworks to drive efficiency, quality and reuse of data assets; • Serve as a technical reference for Power BI and analytics, supporting multidisciplinary squads in data-driven decision making; • Collaborate with business and technology areas to identify opportunities for advanced use of data and analytics to generate value; • Support data governance initiatives, ensuring security, traceability, quality and compliance with internal policies.

• Cash Application: Post and allocate incoming payments to client accounts in the accounting system. Ensure payments are applied in a timely manner to maintain accurate accounts receivable balances. • Client Payment Reconciliation: Investigate and assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to payment processing. • Disbursements: Issue Disbursements to Clients for Overpayments and Duplicate Payments. • Customer Communication: Interact with Account Managers to address payment inquiries and provide necessary documentation. • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounts receivable processes. Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline workflows. • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards in accounts receivable practices. Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and explanations as needed. • Project Support: Assist with Projects as needed.

• Execute software tests with a focus on new software features • Mentor and support the professional development of team members in manual software testing • Close coordination with project management regarding testing activities • Prioritization, resource management and leadership of the test team • Writing test cases and capturing requirements • Documenting test results and preparing defect reports
