What We're Looking For A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of proven success in a sales or business development role within an industrial manufacturing environment (experience in the off-highway market is a major plus), especially electronic products. A track record of building strategic customer relationships and driving significant business growth. Exceptional commercial acumen with a deeply customer-centric mindset. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), MS Office, and SAP.
