Role Description Estamos buscando um(a) Analista de CX para ser a linha de frente com nossos clientes. Seu trabalho é garantir que cada imobiliária tire o máximo da Lais no dia a dia: entender o problema, resolver com agilidade e identificar padrões que ajudem o produto a melhorar. O que você vai fazer: - Conduzir o atendimento nos principais canais da Lais; - Diagnosticar e resolver problemas técnicos dos clientes; - Mapear recorrências e propor soluções estruturadas para os problemas encontrados; - Apoiar o time de suporte com análises; - Fazer sugestões de melhoria de processos; - Desenvolver materiais que aumentem a eficiência e qualidade dos atendimentos. Qualifications - Curiosidade intelectual e raciocínio lógico para resolver problemas que nem sempre têm um manual; - Comunicação clara, oral e escrita; - Organização e proatividade. Requirements - Conhecimento técnico em CRMs, APIs, integração de sistemas ou bancos de dados; - Experiência no mercado imobiliário; - Experiência com Suporte Técnico; - Familiaridade com IA.
