Multimedia Designer

• Design and edit multimedia content that aligns with Skyrocket’s or clients' brand identity, ensuring high-quality visuals for various digital platforms. • Develop static and dynamic ads optimized for engagement, brand awareness, and conversions while applying design principles to enhance readability and overall user experience. • Interpret creative briefs and conduct research on client brands, industry trends, and competitors to inform design decisions. • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure a unified brand presence across all campaigns while maintaining consistency in creative direction. • Follow branding guidelines to maintain consistency in color schemes, typography, and design elements. • Work closely with Senior Designers and Leads in refining creative outputs and ensuring all designs meet brand quality standards. • Contribute to creative strategies that enhance brand identity and strengthen market positioning. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in advertising, digital media, marketing, and creative operations.

Job Requirements

  • Open to fresh graduates with a portfolio showcasing design skills.
  • Experience working across various media formats; video editing is a plus.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design and editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and other multimedia tools.
  • Skilled in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and digital collaboration tools like Google Drive and ClickUp.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, creative, and technology industries is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
