Are you motivated, persistent, and ready to grow your sales career? As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) with Badger, you will manage a territory with both established customers and untapped potential. You will spend your time in the field meeting clients, uncovering opportunities, and closing business. This is a commission-eligible role with an estimated total compensation range of $105,000 plus annually (base + uncapped commission). Compensation may vary and will be influenced by performance, geographic location, education, experience, and along with internal equity and market alignment. This role is remote but requires up to 75% travel to local branches, customer sites, and customer offices. What You'll Be Doing: - Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new revenue streams - Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships in your territory - Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts that deliver profitable outcomes - Deliver presentations and sales strategies that highlight Badger’s value - Monitor competitors, market conditions, and industry trends to stay ahead - Collaborate with your local branch on sales action plans and strategy - Track and manage opportunities in CRM to forecast and report results What We're Looking For: - 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets - Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, mining or environmental services is preferred.
