As an Account Executive, you aren't just "selling"; you are acting as a strategic advisor to HR leaders, benefits decision-makers, and consultants. This is a high-impact, field-based B2B role where you will drive the growth of a solution that fundamentally changes how people experience healthcare. What You’ll Do - Drive Growth: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting HR leaders and benefits consultants. - Strategic Advising: Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and present TouchCare as the definitive solution. - Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships within the benefits and insurance ecosystem. - Portfolio Management: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts with a high degree of autonomy. - Operational Excellence: Manage your pipeline with precision using a CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making. - Pipeline Mastery: Use Salesforce to track activity, manage forecasting accuracy, and ensure steady pipeline progression. - Market Mastery: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and the competitive landscape to remain a trusted expert in the point-solution space. Who You Are - The Industry Expert: You have 5–10 years of business experience with a mandatory background in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or point solutions. - Data-Driven: You possess a Bachelor’s degree and have the ability to harness financial data to inform strategic sales decisions. - High-Achiever: You are a multitasker who knows how to effectively allocate resources to meet and exceed assigned quotas. - Polished Communicator: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills alongside strong organizational abilities. - Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Salesforce.
