This position ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations. The Human Resource Coordinator makes sure that certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and data entry. Responsibilities And What You Will Do: - Performs volunteer relations functions by answering volunteer requests and questions. - Assists in the onboarding process for new volunteers. - Assists with processing of terminations and resignations. - Preparing and conducting the performance review process. - Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Manager of HR. - Files documents into appropriate volunteer files. - Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. - Prepares new-volunteer files. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
