Job Description

Fulfillment Operations Manager, B2B, DTC

Stanley 1913

• Monitor and expedite fulfillment of sales orders to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction • Maintain contact with 3PL partners to understand their operations and capacities • Serve as key point of contact for select 3PL sites for order management • Resolve inquiries related to order fulfillment and shipping • Provide monthly inbound reporting to 3PLs • Coordinate container transloads and repositioning with Supply Chain planning and logistics team • Support rework and circularity projects • Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and forecasts

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in omni-channel fulfillment operations (B2B and DTC) and account management
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
  • Detailed understanding of warehouse management systems, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment procedures
  • Experience within an ERP, OMS, WMS, and vendor portals (experience with Manhattan, Maves, Vendor Central, Blue Yonder, and Oracle is a plus)
  • Ability to work within tight timelines and pivot quickly to changes in priority
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving competence
  • Must have the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of successful management of a 3PL B2B and DTC fulfillment network
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, and logistics
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to 3PL partners for operational reviews
  • Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
