Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience for a SaaS based business

  • Flexibility to recruit across non-technical functions (e.g., operations, sales, leadership)
  • You are comfortable using AI tools as part of your regular workflow. You can name the tools you rely on, describe real use cases, and show genuine enthusiasm for what they make possible.
  • Data-driven mindset, using metrics and insights to refine recruitment strategies
  • Highly motivated and able to handle multiple high-priority searches in fast-moving environments
