The Technical Recruiter is a key driver of our team’s growth and success. In our Managed Services environment, this role partners closely with the Director of Human Resources and senior leadership to attract and hire top technical talent who thrive in client-facing, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate takes ownership of the recruiting process, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while helping shape our company culture. This is a remote, part-time position working up to 20 hours per week. RESPONSIBILITIES - Source, engage, and hire qualified technical talent across MSP roles (Service Desk, NOC, Field Engineers, vCIOs, Project Engineers, etc.) - Leverage job boards, social platforms, and college/university partnerships to build strong candidate pipelines - Manage and maintain candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Partner with hiring managers and foster open communication on recruitment process - Track and achieve recruiting metrics - Review and refine job descriptions and job postings to identify required skills, background, impact of role, and ideal profile for open positions - Advise hiring managers on recruiting techniques for attracting, evaluating, and retaining top talent - Extend offers, fill positions, and work with Director of HR on onboarding candidates - Proactively identify and engage passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs - Support additional recruiting and HR initiatives as assigned JOB REQUIRMENTS - High School diploma required, Bachelor degree preferred - Minimum of 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably within an IT MSP or similar services environment - Familiarity with common MSP roles, tools, and technologies (e.g., ticketing systems, RMM tools, Microsoft stack, networking fundamentals) - Strong understanding of social recruiting strategies and tools - Proven ability to meet recruiting goals and hire candidates who demonstrate long-term success and retention - Strong communication and organization skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment WHY ANATOMY IT? The Commercial Account Manager (CAM) is the primary sales and relationship liaison between Anatomy and our customers. You will provide direction to our customers related to their technical roadmap and their workstations, servers, storage, and networking, often from multiple vendors. Having a project management mindset is helpful as there are lots of moving parts on a day-to-day basis. In the CAM role you will work with a high volume of clients. You will be tasked with developing a relationship and becoming a trusted advisor to our customers. You will be the face of Anatomy to our customers and in turn be their voice within Anatomy. This position requires a highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills. This position is remote and sits within our commercial team. You will do great things in this role if you are a customer advocate at heart, understand customer health and risk mitigation, aren’t afraid to ask the hard questions, and can ferret out upsell opportunities. If you have a strong background in IT that is even better as often AMs do end up providing consultation to the customers to help them determine what they need to be successful. RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and maintain executive and departmental relationships with assigned clients. - Perform regular reviews of client agreements to look for opportunities to expand or refresh. - Proactive outreach to customers on a regular basis. - Address and follow up on all client escalated issues. - Monitor customer health and proactively work with internal teams and customers to reduce churn and mitigate accounts identified as at risk or “red”. - Maintain sales forecasts, key contacts & roles, account notes, and other related documentation in Salesforce for all assigned accounts. - Proactively work to quickly close any reactive tickets assigned to CAM from ConnectWise (ticketing system). - Have visibility into the support status of each account and assist as required for any high-profile issues. - Have visibility into the accounts receivable status of each account and assist where needed for any delinquencies. - Attain the annual sales quota established for your defined set of clients. - Role is quota based so CAM will actively be looking for ways to drive success and expansion within existing customer base. - Develop and present project, service, and product quotes to clients. - Provide a consultative approach to your customer relationships with an eye on upsell and expansion opportunities. - Keep an eye on expiration of any software and hardware for your customer and recommend replacements. - This is an entry level role where you will own a book of business and work with a high volume of customers.
