Role Description NeoGenomics is looking for a Strategic Reimbursement Analyst who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This position is a temporary, remote role with a Monday - Friday day shift. Position Summary: - Responsible for supporting reimbursement strategy through the review and interpretation of payer coverage and payment policies across Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial payers. - The Analyst supports reimbursement-focused projects by analyzing reimbursement data, creating summarized Excel-based reports, and delivering insights that support accurate payment and informed business decisions. Core Responsibilities: - Review and interpret payer coverage and payment policies across all payers as they relate to coverage, coding, and reimbursement. - Support reimbursement projects and initiatives through policy interpretation, data analysis, and reporting. - Conduct analytical reviews and audits related to coding, coverage, and reimbursement outcomes. - Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel skills and develop concise summarized reports. - Create routine and ad hoc reimbursement performance reports. - Support LCD and NCD interpretation, edits, and system setup in collaboration with Billing and operational teams. - Assist with reimbursement evaluation for new test launches. - Analyze reimbursement trends, denial patterns, and payment variances. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Associate degree preferred or minimum of three (3) years of experience in reimbursement, billing, business analytics, or related healthcare industry. - Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required. - Experience reviewing and applying payer coverage and payment policies. - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial reimbursement. - Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, summaries, lookups). - Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights. - Familiarity with oncology, pathology, molecular, or specialty testing preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content. • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership and offer compelling, actionable approaches to client's needs and requests that accelerate the client's ability to act. • Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of a client’s barriers or overall needs and reframe thinking to drive strategy forward. • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions across a team of analysts. • Bring provocative, independent insights to Gartner leaders that can evolve the course of a research agenda. • Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts to provide clients and vendors with actionable insights. • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to their designated content area via virtual or face-to-face interactions. • Create and deliver high value presentation materials on and off stage for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings. • Provide sales support serving as voice of the market to help Insights teams create content and to drive engagement with clients.

• Tableau Development • Create and maintain reports that play a key role in evaluating performance and informing care model decisions • Understand business needs/challenges and translate them into technical solutions for Tableau reports • Utilize SQL and relational database experience to develop and publish Tableau data sources used across multiple reports • Develop and maintain procedures that support the team’s reporting capabilities • Maintain and support development process standards defined by the analytics team • Communication • Create and maintain report documentation • Present and communicate reports to various stakeholders, including executive leadership and clinical teammates • Succinctly and clearly convey findings from reports and analyses • As-needed Analytical Support • Use SQL and Tableau Desktop to support ad-hoc analytic requests

Role Description Oversee daily administration of tax filings for assigned legal entities including distributions of tax remittances according to tax jurisdiction guidelines. Manage client delivery across Tax filing Shared Services and work to mitigate escalations. Respond to Client and Client Team inquiries. As Tax Filing Senior Analyst duties include, but are not limited to, the following: - First point of contact in Tax Filing for clients and client teams - Liaison with Client and Payroll Client teams for items including but not limited to: - Coordination of amended returns for W-2Cs - Questions on notices that need research from Payroll - Payroll schedule and calendar - Interface file submission - Facilitate client meetings - Educate clients and provide subject matter expertise for payroll tax filing - Mentor and support colleagues - Manage Tax Filing suppliers, as appropriate, to support accurate and timely delivery - Approve checklists – work checklist queue - Coordinate testing for updated interfaces - Variance analysis control point when issue needs escalation or analysis - Review EFT setup to make sure all deposits set up for EFT payment where possible - Monitor and communicate “Applied for” statuses to the client - Communicate penalty and interest report to clients - Respond timely to inquiries from Client/Payroll teams – represent TFSS in meetings - Support and provide timely research on compliance and regulatory issues; escalate when additional support is needed - Monitor metrics and be responsible for identification of process or other issues and provide suggested resolution to management - Recognize need for process improvement and communicate to management; support any process improvements/changes - Coordinate and/or provide needed training for new associates or processes - Respond to client communications and escalate to Operations Service Manager when needed - Meet periodically with Operation Services Manager and report metrics and any delivery issues - Support implementation of new clients - Support and oversee delivery operations, including Tax Filing suppliers - Compile, report and analyze metrics - Ability to problem solve using tax knowledge and experience Qualifications - High School Diploma and 4 years' experience in tax filing - Demonstrated strong verbal & written communication skills required - 3+ Years of Payroll Tax Filing experience - 3+ Years client interaction and management - Proficient in Excel, i.e. pivot tables, vlook-ups, macro development, etc. - 2+ years’ experience with tax filing software required - Master Tax experience highly preferred - ADP Smart Compliance experience desired Benefits - Health coverage - Wellbeing programs - Paid leave (vacation, sick, parental) - Retirement plans - Learning opportunities - And more
