How you'll make an impact in this role - Analyze and aggregate data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive statistical reports and revenue-focused information. - Define the scope and format of management reports, ensuring revenue data integrity through regular reconciliation and accuracy reviews. - Provide education to staff on interpreting reporting tools to drive data-driven decision-making and revenue optimization. - Identify data trends and make actionable recommendations for quality improvement and the standardization of revenue cycle work processes. - Conduct account reviews and participate in payor escalation meetings to resolve reimbursement issues and secure organizational revenue. What minimum requirements you'll need Education: - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Qualifications - Associate degree preferred or minimum of three (3) years of experience in reimbursement, billing, business analytics, or related healthcare industry. - Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required. - Experience reviewing and applying payer coverage and payment policies. - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial reimbursement. - Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, summaries, lookups). - Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights. - Familiarity with oncology, pathology, molecular, or specialty testing preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

Role Description Oversee daily administration of tax filings for assigned legal entities including distributions of tax remittances according to tax jurisdiction guidelines. Manage client delivery across Tax filing Shared Services and work to mitigate escalations. Respond to Client and Client Team inquiries.
