The Opportunity Join our team at BDA's Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services Capability as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Avionics) on the MQ-28 Ghost Bat program. The MQ-28 Ghost Bat is an uncrewed teaming aircraft designed to be a force multiplier providing affordable, intelligent mass while reducing risk to existing crewed assets. The MQ-28 is the first aircraft conceived, designed and manufactured (outside the US for Boeing) in Australia in over 50 years. As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you'll be hands-on with maintenance, modifications, servicing, inspections, testing and fault-finding on aircraft systems. You will: - Collaborate within the MRO team to ensure efficient task completion, - Ensure compliance within the DASR Part 145 like Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) regulations, - Foster effective communication and coordination with Boeing, customers, and industry teams, - Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) procedures, aircraft maintenance/modification operating procedures, and meticulous documentation practices are followed, - Embrace a positive attitude towards Environmental Health & Safety, prioritizing the well-being of all personnel. Job Summary The Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling integrated project schedules in line with approved planning methodologies. The role involves critical path analysis, progress monitoring, variance and delay analysis, and preparation of insightful planning reports to support management decision-making. Experience• 7+ years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling within EPC, industrial construction, semiconductor fabs, infrastructure, or large-scale projects. Technical Skills & Proficiency• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).• Working knowledge of MS Project, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards), and PowerPoint.• Experience in developing schedule basis documents, WBS, and coding structures.• Expertise in Critical Path Analysis (CPM), delay analysis, and recovery planning techniques.• Understanding of productivity measurement, progress curves (S-curves), and forecasting.• Familiarity with contract scheduling requirements and claim support documentation.
