Role Overview: Could you be our next Telephone Verification Operator? American Income Life is looking for a Telephone Verification Operator to join the team! In this role, you will verify life and health insurance applications directly with potential customers. This is a vital part of our Company’s New Business and Underwriting process. The information you verify and gather directly affects whether the Company will decline or issue a policy. This is a remote / work-from-home position. What You Will Do: - Make outbound calls to potential customers to verify and document required information to finalize applications for underwriting assessment. - Use the Quality Assurance database and conduct appropriate assessments on what additional customer information or verification is needed. - Clearly explain the application process to potential customers. - Accurately complete additional paperwork as needed. - Maintain appropriate levels of communication with management regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database. - Transfer calls to the appropriate department as needed. - Successfully meet the minimum expectation for departmental key performance indicators (K.P.I's). What You Can Bring: - Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm. - Excellent oral and written communication. - Superior customer service skills required – friendly, efficient, good listener. - Proficient use of the computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling is a plus. - Excellent organization and time management skills. - Must be detail-oriented. - Have a desire to learn and grow within the Company. • Design, build, and maintain AI-native systems that power social media automation, internal operations, and workflow optimization • Build and maintain AI social media agents that monitor performance, generate content drafts, and execute scheduled publishing workflows • Develop agents for internal operations, including communications routing, workflow automation, data aggregation, and task delegation • Structure agent deployments using Claude Code, Cowork, and relevant APIs from initial build through production • Write and maintain evals to test agent outputs for quality, accuracy, and edge-case failures before deployment • Iterate on agent logic based on real-world performance data • Identify manual processes and propose AI-native solutions to replace them • Implement and maintain communication and workflow systems that reduce friction and improve team throughput • Connect tools via API and plugin integrations, including Claude Code plugins, Slack, ClickUp, and other platforms • Document all systems built to ensure continuity and scalability • Advise on what processes should or should not be automated based on impact and feasibility • Support non-technical team members in understanding and using AI systems • Monitor system outputs and resolve issues before they impact downstream workflows

• Lead pre-sales engagements, including discovery sessions, executive workshops, SOW scoping, and storytelling that connects services to measurable business outcomes • Own pipeline development for adoption and change offerings; build repeatable collateral, playbooks, and case studies • Define and refine the AI adoption and change management value proposition in partnership with Practice and Sales leadership • Influence pricing and packaging, balancing value, delivery feasibility, and margin • Serve as executive sponsor or engagement leader on key AI, LLM, and data adoption programs; own delivery quality, risk management, and business outcomes • Oversee change roadmaps, stakeholder analyses, communications strategies, enablement plans, and adoption KPIs; ensure AI initiatives are paired with the operating model and role changes needed to realize value • Coach project managers, change leads, and technical teams to unblock delivery, manage resistance, and protect timelines and scope • Own satisfaction, renewal, expansion, and referenceability for change and adoption engagements • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive client sponsors (CIO, CDO, CAO, CHRO, BU leaders), shaping multi-phase roadmaps from pilot to scale • Track adoption KPIs (usage, behavioral change, time-to-value, productivity lift, AI literacy) and drive voice-of-customer feedback into offerings and delivery methods • Create and sponsor thought leadership, frameworks, blueprints for agentic AI and LLM adoption, and reusable assets (diagnostic tools, maturity models, training curricula, stakeholder playbooks) • Mentor and develop a bench of change management practitioners; define long-term talent strategy for the capability • Contribute to practice strategy, annual planning, and delivery methodology governance; champion a "run on AI / deliver with AI" culture

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for AI, ML, and data systems, overseeing development, deployment, and operationalization to ensure robust performance, scalability, and direct alignment with key business strategy and requirements. • Lead, mentor, and grow a small high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, cultivating a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning. • Direct the entire lifecycle—from design to deployment—of robust data pipelines, scalable model training, and innovative AI/ML applications. • Guide the development, tuning, deployment, and MLOps of Machine Learning models for cybersecurity. • Architect, govern, and optimize large-scale, high-performance data pipelines essential for securely and efficiently processing massive vulnerability, asset, and activity datasets. • Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams to architect AI workloads and data pipelines that meet stringent requirements for security, efficiency, and scalability, particularly within multi-tenant and regulated environments. • Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert and liaison.
