In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the management of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives for the department under the guidance of the leadership team. This is a hybrid position located in Culver City, CA (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday). What You Can Bring: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 8+ years' digital advertising experience. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a manager role or a senior digital marketing position. Comprehensive understanding of Google & Bing Paid Search advertising strategy & marketing best practices. Must have experience managing large advertising budgets for direct response campaigns (eg not Branding). Strong familiarity with campaign creation & reporting in self-serve digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Taboola Ads etc.). Firm grasp of performance metrics and KPIs across most/all digital channels. Experience working with large datasets and using 3rd party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Proficiency in building reports in Microsoft Excel (Tableau also acceptable). Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook. Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle pressure and shifting deadlines. Must be web-savvy and have the ability to teach themselves new technology. Role Overview: Could you be our next FEP Outbound Sales Specialist? Globe Life is looking for an FEP Outbound Sales Specialist to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound and receiving inbound calls to determine the proper action for each. The agent will record information, maintain the department's procedures and policies, and assist policyholders as needed. A successful candidate will need to be performance-driven and skilled at interacting with the public by phone. This is a remote / work-from-home position. We have full-time and part-time positions available. What You Will Do: - Make outbound calls to newly issued business to welcome them to the Globe Life Family, ensure their policy(s) are accurate, and assist with any additional information pertaining to their new policy. - Maneuver within our CRM while speaking with recently approved customers to collect the first premium to activate their Life Insurance policy. - Make outbound calls to internet-generated leads to warm up potential customers for our Sales Team. - Be able to explain policy benefits. - Complete necessary paperwork when needed. - Assist with correspondence and error corrections for policy service.  - Execute special projects that encompass making numerous outbound calls for special projects/campaigns for our sister companies including AIL & LNL and recording activities requested by/from customers.  ​ What You Can Bring: - High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. - 1+ years of customer service or 1+ years of a professional environment in a customer service-related atmosphere. - Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance is preferred, but not required. - 1+ years of office experience preferred. Telecommunications experience is a plus. - A background in life and health insurance, and knowledge of insurance operations is desired. - Customer service background and good phone skills. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Excellent organization skills. - Must be able to maintain confidentiality. - Must be comfortable collecting payments via Credit Card and Bank Draft payment options from our customers. - Excellent alpha and number recognition skills. - Demonstrated mathematical abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations calmly and with tact and professionalism. - Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze situations and make logical conclusions. - Excellent attendance and punctuality - Experience with using Microsoft Office products such as Word and Outlook - Able to multifunction from many different sources. - Be customer “friendly”. Role Overview: Could you be our next Agent Concierge Representative? Globe Life is looking for an Agent Concierge Representative to join the team! This role is responsible for guiding aspiring insurance agents through the state licensing process by maintaining regular contact via text, phone, and email to engage and encourage them during exam preparation. The role requires staying current on state licensing requirements, including required pre-exam coursework, to ensure each candidate is prepared to pass the licensing exam on their first attempt, while providing weekly progress updates to agency partners. This is a remote / work-from-home position. What You Will Do: - Proficiently handle a pipeline of 150-200 new hires, assisting them through various stages of the licensing coursework (US ONLY) (LND ONLY). - Maintain detailed and accurate notes within MS Access. - Accurately communicate state licensing requirements for state licensing exams. - Communicate accurately and effectively, via written (email & text) and phone interactions. - Build strong rapport with new hires, hiring managers and Agency Owners. - Make outbound and take inbound calls daily. - Update management team regarding state pre-licensing requirements, as new information is given. - Meet with supervisor regularly to stay informed about any changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and/or technologies. What You Can Bring: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Licensed in Lines of Authority (LOA) for Life and Health is a plus, but not required. - Prior work experience in a call or contact center is recommended. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong customer service skills, primarily via phone. - Intermediate MS Office skills; Excel and Access used daily. - Ability to work across multiple technologies. - Ability to self-manage daily workflow in a multi-task environment. - Ability to adapt to change quickly and seamlessly. - Ability to build strong rapport with newly recruited sales agents to support them through the licensing process. - Ability to function both independently and as part of a team. - Prior knowledge of the insurance licensing process is a plus, but not required.
