Digital Marketing Specialist
Bazaarvoice
• Act as the primary lead for WordPress page updates and campaign landing pages. • You’ll manage the day-to-day now while assisting in the content auditing and migration tasks for the new site. • Execute the experimentation roadmap. You will use tools to run A/B tests and personalization plays to squeeze more value out of every drop of traffic. • Analyze our main personas to ensure they are being served the right content at the right time. You’ll be obsessed with the next best action for every visitor. • Partner with our SEO Manager and agency partners to implement technical SEO recommendations and ensure we maintain organic authority during our site transition. • Act as the power-user for our marketing stack (Qualified, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics), ensuring web activity is tracked, attributed, and driving the sales funnel. • Build and optimize high-converting landing pages for marketing programs, ensuring they meet brand standards and SEO best practices. • Manage the web request queue (Asana), collaborating with Content, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to bring briefs to life. • Proactively identify pages with high bounce rates or low conversion and launch tests to improve performance. • Liaison with Marketing Ops to ensure all new site content is correctly tagged and flowing into our automation programs. • Maintain site integrity by monitoring for broken links, SEO health, and outdated assets using tools like Moz and Google Search Console. • Manage the translation workflow for our global sites, ensuring a consistent experience across different languages and regions.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Web Management, or Growth.
- WordPress Proficiency: You are comfortable managing pages, plugins, and content blocks. You don't need to be a developer, but you know your way around the CMS.
- While you have experience with WordPress, you are a quick learner who is excited to move into a modern, headless, or high-performance CMS environment.
- You are comfortable in Google Analytics (GA4) and can turn traffic numbers into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with the Bazaarvoice Stack is a huge advantage: Asana, Jira, Marketo, Salesforce, Qualified, Trendemon, and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to tactfully re-educate stakeholders on web best practices and keep projects moving across cross-functional teams.
- You are excited by the Learn & Define stage of a project and are comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with a site migration.
