Full Time Faculty – Assistant or Associate Professor of Digital Marketing

UMass Global Career Bootcamps

• Design, deliver, and oversee online courses across Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing and related disciplines. • Mentor adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders. • Participate in service to the discipline and the institution, both internally and externally. • Model professional and collegial behavior that cultivates mutual respect, trust, transparent communication, and appropriate confidentiality with faculty peers, staff, and university leadership. • Other projects as agreed with and assigned by the Dean.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or other closely related field.
  • Knowledge of and experience with ACBSP standards.
  • Minimum three years of demonstrated success teaching in an online asynchronous learning environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering current, market-relevant, and engaging curriculum, assessments, and learning activities in an online-first LMS.
  • Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention.
  • Ability to engage collegially and collaboratively with faculty, staff, and professionals across disciplines.
  • Committed to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in respect, openness, and constructive dialogue.
