Product Engineering Intern
Vendelux
• Contribute to full-stack product features alongside the engineering team • Help build and debug features across the stack with guidance from your manager • Participate in code reviews — both giving and receiving feedback • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teammates to understand what gets built and why
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with at least one object-oriented programming language (TypeScript, Python, Java, C++, etc.)
- Willingness to work across a codebase — you don't need to be an expert, but you're eager to dig in and learn
- Strong communication skills — you ask questions, share context, and speak up when something's unclear
- Detail-oriented with a sense of ownership over your work
- Curiosity about how products are built and shipped
- Experience with third-party integrations or APIs (e.g., Nylas, Ampersand, or similar) is a nice to have
- Familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript or Python is a nice to have
- Customer service mindset is a nice to have
- Experience with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.) is a nice to have
- Comfort with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) is a nice to have
