Technical Lead, AI Reporting to: Head of Engineering Closest Collaboration: Hume Engineering Team, Product Management, Chief Scientist Flexibility: Option to work remotely The mission We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Tech Lead for AI to shape and build the artificial intelligence capabilities of Hume, our connected data analytics platform, from the ground up. The initial focus will be Hume Maestro, our core AI component. You will be the architect and the builder, designing the foundations of our AI layer while actively contributing to its development. You will translate product vision into sound technical decisions, ensuring high-quality delivery within a collaborative, shared decision-making framework. Key responsibilities - Architectural Leadership: Design the foundations and technical roadmap of the AI layer within the Hume platform, specifically focusing on Hume Maestro. - Hands-on Engineering: Actively contribute to the codebase, setting the standard for technical excellence, performance, and scalability in our AI components. - Collaborative Governance: Work within a shared decision-making structure alongside Product Managers and our Chief Scientist to align technical execution with product vision and priorities. - Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with the broader Hume team (including front-end and platform engineers) to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into the user experience. - Technical Quality: Drive best practices in AI/ML engineering, including model evaluation, deployment pipelines, and maintainable code structures. - Future Team Building: As the AI function expands, you will have the opportunity to transition from an individual contributor/lead role into building and mentoring a dedicated AI engineering team. What you need to bring - Experience: A proven track record as a Senior or Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. - Technical Depth: Strong experience in designing and deploying AI architectures, with a focus on LLMs, graph-based AI, or complex data processing layers. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to bridge the gap between high-level research/vision and production-ready engineering. - Collaborative Mindset: Experience working closely with Product and Science stakeholders to balance technical debt, innovation, and delivery speed. - Leadership Potential: A desire to eventually lead and inspire a team, with the communication skills necessary to coordinate complex technical projects. - Background: Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth deep-tech environments is highly preferred. Role Description StationMD is seeking a Montana Licensed Telepsychiatrist (MD/DO) to deliver telehealth behavioral health and psychiatry care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across the United States. This fully remote telepsychiatry position allows experienced physicians specializing in psychiatry, behavioral health, or mental health to provide high-quality virtual care while working from home.
