Job Description The Sales Representative is crucial for Interstate Parking Management's success since they find new clients, manage relationships, and come up with ways to make money. This job needs someone who is very motivated, professional, and focused on getting results. They should be able to identify new business prospects, offer customized parking solutions, and keep clients happy in line with IPM's rules and values. Main duties: 1. Business Development Identify, investigate, and go after possible clients, such as property owners, management companies, developers, and cities. Make calls, network, and visit sites to promote IPM's enforcement, permit, and management services. Adapt proposals and presentations to the client's needs and the organization's strengths. 2. Managing Relationships with Clients Be the main point of contact for clients you are allocated to, making sure that communication is clear and service is always professional. Keep precise records of your clients in your CRM, and ensure that all contracts and renewals are recorded correctly. Evaluate in on customer satisfaction, renewals, and possible upselling chances. 3. Sales Performance Reach or beat the sales goals set by management for each month and quarter. Work with the Operations and CSR teams to ensure that the transition from signed contracts to field implementation goes smoothly. Keep accurate records of all negotiations, prices, and service agreements. 4. Following the rules and acting professionally Adhere strictly to IPM's Professional Conduct Policy, ensuring kindness, clarity, and professionalism in all discussions with clients and partners. Policy on Behavior Keep things private according to IPM's Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement. This means that you shouldn't reveal critical company or client information with anybody outside of the organization. NDA Noncompete Agreement Follow all laws and IPM's own rules, including the Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy. Policy on Drugs and Alcohol 5. Writing and reporting. Please submit weekly reports detailing your sales efforts, leads, and progress towards meeting your goals. As stated in the Operational Guidelines & Responsibilities, you must attend weekly team meetings on Zoom or WhatsApp. IPM_Operating_Procedures_2.1 Keep digital copies of all proposals, emails, and contracts for management to look at. Requirements At least one year of expertise in B2B sales, preferably in the property management or service industries. Proven ability to meet or beat sales goals. You should possess strong communication and writing skills. A professional attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. You should know how to use CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. Pay and Performance The compensation package includes a base salary along with a commission system, which will be detailed in the offer letter. Quarterly performance reviews are done according to IPM's Disciplinary and Performance Policy. Policy on IPM Disciplinary Action Opportunities to move forward based on performance and following business rules. How to Report This position reports directly to Daniel Mellon, who is the Operations Manager. The position collaborates with the Accounting, Field Operations, and CSR Departments. Thank you. The Role The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for managing the health plan enrollment process for provider groups and individual practitioners—from initial application to successful participation in payer networks. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, persistent, and able to communicate clearly across internal teams, clients, and payer representatives. You'll help ensure that our clients can accept insurance by getting their providers enrolled with commercial and government payers (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.). Whether you're experienced in payer enrollment or new to healthcare and eager to learn, this role gives you a front-row seat to how health plans, provider groups, and reimbursement systems actually work. We are looking for someone to join our team in a full-time or part-time / fractional capacity. Location is flexible, with many individuals remote but hubs in Charlottesville, VA, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia, PA. What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities - Manage payer enrollment applications across multiple providers, specialties, and geographies. - Research payer-specific processes, requirements, and forms (e.g., CAQH, PECOS, Medicaid portals). - Track and follow up on in-progress applications to ensure completion—via phone, email, and payer portals. - Identify and resolve issues that cause enrollment delays, documenting outcomes and escalating as needed. - Request and organize documentation from clients, such as licenses, W-9s, NPIs, and malpractice coverage. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Tribunus' enrollment tracking systems and ensure all submitted information is accurate. - Provide clients with updates, status reports, and estimated timelines for enrollment completion. - Build relationships with payer reps, internal teams, and clients to streamline communication and reduce processing times.
